Ribble Valley 10k

Congratulations to Tim Baldwin who absolutely smashed the club 10k record with his time of 31:33 taking almost 2 minutes off an already impressive PB. Almost certainly breaking the 5k record as well en route. Not to be outdone Louise Nash took over a minute and a half off the F50 record which in itself is pretty impressive coming only 3 days after the tough Chevin Chase.
